ONLY4YOU is an online learning platform that provides programming and cybersecurity courses with live code execution capabilities. The platform includes video-free, text-based lessons with interactive code editors, progress tracking, and community features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
• Anyone can create an account — there are no age restrictions
• We enforce single-device login for security purposes

4. Subscription & Payments

• Access to course content requires an active subscription (₹99/year)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
• All payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• Prices are subject to change — existing subscriptions are honored at the original price

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the code execution feature to run malicious code, crypto miners, or attack other systems
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Copy, redistribute, or sell our course content
• Use automated bots or scrapers on our platform
• Harass or harm other users in community features

6. Code Execution Policy

Our platform provides a sandboxed code execution environment. All code runs in isolated containers with strict resource limits. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the code execution feature. The educational hacking content is for learning purposes only — always practice ethically and legally.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, code examples, and platform design, is owned by ONLY4YOU and protected under copyright law. Students may use code examples for personal learning but may not redistribute or sell them.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses, especially cybersecurity and ethical hacking content, are for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for any misuse of the knowledge or tools taught in our courses. Always obtain proper authorization before testing any security techniques on systems you do not own.

9. Limitation of Liability

ONLY4YOU is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, system failures, or legal issues arising from misuse of educational content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination due to policy violation, no refund will be provided.
